With an annual turnover exceeding $ 30 Million coming from 3 divisions of Swati Industries (Forging Division, Coupler Division and Fabrication Division). Swati group is on a fast track towards growth and globalization. The company has a large customer base covering different sectors of the Industry and a diversified product range.

These plants are equipped with sophisticated facilities covering every aspect of production right from forging to heat treatment and machining. We have excellent facilities for both Cold and Drop Forging , Press, Up-setter and Heat equipment provide uniform heat to ensure proper grain flow, smooth finish and close tolerances for forged components. We are well equipped with Modern Test facilities (UTM, Chem. Lab with Cad/Cam stations and latest machinery like CNC and VMC machines facilities, CMM Machines, Sheet metal and Fabrication special machine techniques and having capacity to single fully machined piece forfing of upto 100 Kg.

Heating Equipment provides uniform heat to ensure proper grain flow, smooth finish and closed tolerances for forged components. Our highly sophisticated Heat Treatment Shop equipped with battery of 24 induction hardening rnaLhincs, apart from Carburising, seal quench and Tempering furnaces to ensure enduring strength that can withstand most rigorous operating conditions.
